this is on sale as a part of my deceased friends estate.
it has been set up in his back garden for at least 6 years where it still sits.
we went there yesterday and sorted it out and is dry inside and in good condition, not damp or mildew anywhere.
I don't know too much about it but went through everything and found an awning in the locker which my friend never used, but appears to all be there including erection instructions from previous owner.
included is a gas bottle, electric hook up leads, step, jack pads, water & waste cans.
this one is quite unusual in it has a bathroom with sink.
in other words its everything you need to start using it.
it will need a good clean inside and out but noticed some of the decals are peeling.
we will leave it set up for viewing and we have attempted to fold it down yet.
I live 14 miles from where it is situated so will have to arrange viewing.
