Just arrived in stock with at RFH Classics we have this 1980 (V) MG Midget 1500 finished in stunning Pageant Blue and comes with Tan Vinyl Trim. The previous owner of this little beauty owned the car for over 16 years and has clearly been looked after. On the exterior the standard Rostyle wheel has been upgraded to a Minilite style Alloy which enhance its visual look and the Black Vinyl hood is in excellent condition with no tears or splits. Inside the car you will find complementing Tan trim to the seats and carpets, all of which are again in great condition. Behind the front seats the previous owner has fitted a safety roll over bar which sits under the hood when up.
The engine on the rubber bumper Midget is a spritely 1500cc matched to a 4 speed gearbox. This runs exceptionally well and has been converted to run on unleaded fuel although we would recommend the use of Super in the older classics. The cost of running these wonderful little British sports cars are exceptionally cost effective making them an ideal starter classic or equally good for the seasoned enthusiast. Under current guidelines this car is exempt from needing an MOT however it has just been through the workshop for a comprehensive vehicle inspection and independent MOT.
