1984 MERCEDES-BENZ 280SL R107
Just arrived in part exchange is this absolutely stunning R107 . Finished in a beautiful Anthracite grey metallic with a contrasting black leather interior.
It presents extremely well overall and comes with a very large folder full of service history demonstrating regular maintenance . The original service book is full of stamps from new up to the current date as well as a large folder containing lots of previous invoices and old mots. The service book in fact contains 28 stamps and when they have ran out of space further history is recorded in the folder.
We have just serviced the car including all new brake calipers all round, fresh brake pads, spark plugs, fresh leads, oil, fuel and air filter aswell as recent bilstein shock absorbers all round
The body is in excellent overall condition with no rust to any sills, arches or wings as can usually be found in l’sat this price level . The hood has recently been replaced so also presets extremely well and is of course water tight.
We have had the mexican hat wheels professionally refinished to match the bodywork and the edges diamond cut which i think really sets this car off and gives it a fabulous look.
