1973 MGB Roadster 1800cc Manual / Overdrive. Damask Red with black leather upholstery and black hood. This stunning MG has been with its last owner for over 20 years and during this time has been lovingly cared for. Lots of money has been spent over the years to keep the car in the condition today both mechanically and structurally. The most recent spend was a complete engine rebuild with upgrades which include, opened to1950cc, balanced flywheel, Kent mild road cam, twin choke weber carburetors, K & N filter, Powerflow stainless steel exhaust system and manifold. Upgraded the the battery to a 12v system and replaced the battery tray to fit. The car has covered just 2000 miles since. Other work includes new calipers and flexi hoses, new fuel pump and clutch slave cylinder. This is a very well sorted drivers car and extremely enjoyable out on the road with a great soundtrack to match and with working overdrive is easily capable in modern traffic. The Moto Lita steering wheel, chrome luggage rack and Minilite style alloy wheels complete the look of this cool roadster. A large history file accompanies the MGB which includes lots of bills, invoices and old mot certificates dating back many years.
