This is a very low mileage example ( for the age ), kept under cover nearly all it's life and in a fantastic condition, in Nouveau red. First registered by Cuff Miller (Littlehampton) in August 1998 and then purchased for my mother in March 1999. She passed away in July 2015 and the car remained under cover and very rarely used until in January 2020 when the family house was sold, the car had to be moved and was registered to my brother. He rarely used it and I decided to buy it this year and register it in my name, with a view to bringing it back to it's very best condition and then passing it on to a new keeper who would appreciate this exceptional car. The 'stamped' service book shows the servicing up until 2015 and you can see the ridiculously low annual mileage. It was MOT'd in June 2022 with a 2nd key cut ( with microchip). In July - A full service, cam belt ( purely due to age ), associated water pump change, aircon tested and recharged. The car starts at the first turn of the key, idles at around 700rpm and drives very smoothly. Four good tyres ( all Firestone ), plus a brand new spare. Jump inside and it is back to the 90's. The cloth seats, door cards, carpets, headlining and dash are all in exceptional original condition with very little sign of any wear. The radio/ cassette player just adds that little extra touch of nostalgia. Everything works as it should, presenting a fantastic, almost time warp, 90s hatchback. The engine bay and underneath are also very clean as can be seen in the images. This really is one for the enthusiast or the collector.
