This lovely Rover 12/ P2 Sports Saloon has just arrived with us. Manufactured in 1945 and supplied new by a Lancashire garage (dealer tag still present) and first registered on 18th January 1946. The Rover spent the first 13 years of its life as a chauffeur driven car and was then sold to the chauffeur who kept it until 1974, when it was sold to the original owners grandson. When he relocated to Jersey in 1986, the Rover went with him and was issued with the registration J 11424 on 21st July 1986
The previous owner then purchased it on 12th November 2007 and returned it to the uk mainland and after a new mot, it was reissued with its original number
Still presented very well in black with tan trim, the chrome is excellent, the seats are lovely in original condition. The car starts easily and drives superbly. It is fitted with direction indicators, a sensible upgrade. We would welcome any inspection or can email additional pictures on request.
