Much loved and much enjoyed 1972 Morgan 4/ 4 4 Seater for sale.
First register in January 1973 this Morgan has been cherished by its current owner and family for the last 45yrs.
Used for school runs, to summer holidays and some friendly competition this car could find its own way to Shelsley Walsh and other local club events…
This Morgan had its first ground up restoration in 1978 and subsequent restorations in 1989 and a new chassis in 1998…Upgrades include Rutherford fibre glass front and rear wings and Spax front shock absorbers.
The 1600 Crossflow engine is oversize with a ported unleaded Stage 1 cylinder head, Kent cam shaft, Janspeed exhaust manifold and for added comfort +8 seats.
This car also comes with a spare engine which is the original engine for the car and had new Nankang tyres fitted in 2018 along with new Bosch battery 2020.
VFY225L comes with full weather equipment- Black vinyl roof, side screens, wind defectors and although not currently fitted its original chrome bumpers, overriders and hub caps.
In recent years the car has been used less frequently but is still kept in a full state of readiness….
