Ford Cortina MK2 2 Door fitted with a Honda S2000 engine and 6 speed Gearbox. This is meant to have 240 BHP and is a really quick little car. We have the V5 with it but no history.
Body - Very clean and original MK2 Cortina 2 Door. Very solid throughout. Floors are really original. Still has the little pieces of cardboard in the countours of the floor which you hardly ever see. Good strut tops, rear arches, inner wings sills, original boot wells. Looks to have had a repair on the bottom of one of the wings but overall in cracking shape for its age. No unsightly patches or welding. Paintwork is nice and tidy. its not concourse but a good looking useable car. Couple of very small bubbles on top of drivers side wing but overall very clean car.
Mechanics - Honda S2000 engine with 6 speed gearbox. 240 BHP. The conversion looks to have been done very well. Front coilovers, gaz rear shocks, vented grooved discs, rear tramp bars fitted, LSD, Stack rev counter, GPS speedo, additional fuel guage. Upgraded fuel tank. Hydraulic handbrake, Rear disc conversion.
Interior - Period contour style buckets, original rear seat. Uprated guages as mentioned. above. Good headlining. Front carpet only fitted.
Wheels - 7" Revolution Rims with good 185 60 13 Tyres.
