GKX 359C
1965 Pull-door handle MGB shell, built to FIA race standards with current FIA papers. Originally built by Jim Lowry (FIA Technical Inspector) and Andy Willis (Hall & Hall).
Ongoing development and maintenance (also raced) by Mike Entwistle of MG Workshop.
Raced extensively in Europe with Mark Prutton and Mike Entwistle.
Various class wins at Spa, Hockenheim, Nurburgring Oldtimer including a class win at the Eifelrennen in 2015.
Lap record for Class at Donington.
Lapped the full Nurburgring Nordschleife and Fl track in 11:07
Race engine subsequently rebuilt in April 2022 by Mass Racing Ltd to FIA spec. This engine has been dyno run by Mass and subsequently only run in the car for a 45-minute shake-down at Thruxton. Effectively, a fresh unit.
