1987 Toyota Tercel 4WD (AL25)
This Tercel was thoroughly and meticulously recommissioned by myself a few years ago - mechanically the engine, gearbox and differential were removed and new gaskets / seals fitted (the car has no leaks) - i’ve only ever used the highest quality fluids and parts on this car during my ownership (i. e. Castrol Edge / Toyota Coolant).
Suspension bushes renewed with SuperPro polyurethane bushes throughout. To complement this, all the suspension components were sandblasted and powder-coated.
Brakes renewed throughout - new discs, pads, drums and handbrake cables.
The underbody was stripped down, cleaned and rust proofed (including cavity waxes into the frame and hidden areas).
In recent years the car lived in Southern Spain where it was occasionally used as a second vehicle - however, I recently drove the car back to the UK as it no longer receives much use.
The car will come with 12 months MOT for the new keeper.
