Hello there , here we have for sale my 1978 Yamaha RD250D .
As you can see the bike is in very good condition and was totally restored back in 2002 to a very high standard . I have the MOT showing just shy of 18000 miles then and has done around2500 si the restoration.
The engine was stripped, new crank shaft and the barrels re bored and new pistons ect
It runs lovely and the engine sounds very quite , I have slightly up jetted the carburettors for the Higg Speeds and runs and sounds lovely.
Also fitted with electronic ignition,
Both tyres are Matching Dunlop T100 with loads or tread remaining.
All the chrome and paint work is bright with no work requiring to it .
Also comes with the original owners manual and two keys ,
V5 is in my name and recorded at my home address . I have owned the bike since 12/ 2018 the only reason for sale I have had to surrender my license due to health reasons . The bike registered as a classic , so no MOT or tax Price reduced to £6000 NO OFFERS !!
