A rare, early model. Manufacture completed April 4th 1961 at the Lundy Plant. Registered in Norwich June 20th 1961 (a copy of the original registration is available). Original number plate and 2 tone colour. I bought the car July 2016. Originally fitted with a B16 engine and 6 volt electrics. Now it has a B18 engine (recent rebuild and rebore), 12 volt electrics, front disc brakes, 4 quality matching tyres, alternator conversion, electronic ignition (123 distributor), 5 blade fan, new radiator, new water pump, suspension rebuild, new shock absorbers and rebuilt prop shaft. The work has been carried out by an Amazon specialist. 4 recent MOT’s, all “pass”. The interior is original and very tidy. The engine bay is clean and tidy. The underneath is solid and wax oiled. The body work is generally very good and well presented, there are paint bubbles in a couple of places but do not detract from its good looks. It has an agreed valuation of £18000 so it is priced sensibly at £12000.
