May we take you into the Porsche tuning world of the 1990s? Just next door to Porsche's birthplace in Stuttgart, there was a big rivalry going on. Gemballa and Techart both wanted to create completely new things with Porsche tuning. Faster cars, more unique looks, and German 'klappenauspuf'! Techart started converting Porsches in the late 1980s, and really gained global recognition with the 964. They were originally interior designers, but soon got into other things as well.
Such was the case with this German-delivered Porsche 993 Carrera S Techart C2 in Dortmund. Techart has taken care of the car from front to back. Now with the right clapsauce, boosted engine to 3. 8 and faster camshafts. A sports clutch and the full suspension of the 993 Turbo. The car has over 30HP extra compared to the normal 993S and the car already gives that away by the wider bumpers with cool grilles.
