The Famous 'Mr Popeye' - it has been Featured in many magazines and was Filmed by the BBC Top Gear back in 1995 (I have the VHS).
Buy it 'as is' (runing/ driving condition) for £15, 000 - or excahnge?
It needs some welding and a full coat of Paint/ Interior/ Chrome.
