For a 40 year old car the exterior is in exceptional rust free condition with numerous accessory options from new including electric fabric sunroof, foglamps, body stripes, side protection mouldings and alloy wheels
The interior is in excellent condition. The carpets have been protected by a set of Renault rubber mats, so are like new. The interior plastic is all unwarped, uncracked and clean.
Under the bonnet there is Renault’s 1647cc engine runs like a dream and sounds smooth with no rattles or squeaks, it is exactly how a “just run in nicely” 30, 000 mile engine should be.
I am the second owner of the car and it is now registered in the Historic Vehicle class so tax is free and it is exempt from MOT testing.
Accompanying the Fuego are the original Owner’s Manual and Service and there are also several old MOTs documenting the slowly increasing mileage, currently 30k.
