Welcome to the advert of my lovely rust free (I know everyone says that but keep reading) S-Limited special edition of the MK1 Mx5 Eunos Roadster, one of 1000 made in Japan and imported to the UK
12 months MOT
Rust free and never been welded
I have owned for 3 years and roughly in that time I have done approximately 4000km
Car drives beautifully and is in fantastic condition
Requires small tweaks to take it to the next level
Firstly I have the complete underside of the body stripped back to raw metal, primed, rust protected and undersealed, including protection sprayed into the sills
Rustproofer remarked it's in the top 5 cleanest mk1's he's ever seen and he rust proofs mx5's for a living. (See pics of Facebook screenshots)
I have replaced the carpets completely including applying sound deadening throughout
I have replaced the discs, pads and rear calipers
Water pump and timing belt done
New window motor on passenger side and weather strips on both doors
Regular servicing
Gearbox and diff oils refreshed with uprated Redline oil, and the gear lever rubber boot, leather gaiter and handbrake leather gaiter all being replaced,
Recently passed its MOT will all fails rectified,
Small issues; roof will need replacing, one BBS alloys cap is missing/ has been stolen and the radio is missing the cubby above it. I plan to have a replacement BBS cap and radio cubby installed before sale.
Truly adore this car, but I have 3 mx5's with a new born so I need to whittle down the collection.
