Occasionally we are lucky enough to come across a very special car which really is a cut above the norm, and this Boxster is one of those cars.
The original bill of sale confirms the car is a UK C16 model supplied new by Porsche main dealers Lancaster of Bow to Mr Duncanson for the sum of £35, 648. Mr Duncanson enjoyed the car for the following 4 years and 10, 000 miles at which time Porsche specialists Paragon sold the car to it last owner, Mrs Baxter, who kept the car (in a warm dry garage when not in use) for the following 17 years.
The service history is exactly what you would hope to find with the original service book full of stamps confirming regular and diligent servicing by either main dealers or marque specialists together with a stack of invoices giving further details. We pride ourselves in preparing all our sales cars to the highest of standards and therefore we have installed a new three piece clutch as the original was starting to feel stiff, fitted new front lower arms as the bushes had started to perish, given the car a major service including all 6 coil packs, renewed the brake fluid and had the car 4 wheel laser aligned. Lastly we had the car MOT'd at our local Porsche specialists, which it passed without any advisories. The car is as clean underneath as on top, but don’t take our word for it as you are welcome to inspect the car on our ramp should you desire.
Additional specification from the factory includes metallic paint, leather seats, 17? Boxter wheels, CD Storage, upgraded sound system, wind deflector, climate control, on board computer and CDR22 CD Radio.
Both the bodywork and interior are in excellent condition and commensurate with the cars low mileage, whist the wheels are unmarked.
Supplied with original book pack, both keys, professionally valeted, serviced and prepared by us and the car will be sold with a 12 Month Autogroup Ultimate Warranty Cover included in the full retail price.
Granted it’s not the cheapest Boxster out there, but low mileage low ownership cars (properly prepared) in this condition are a rare find.
