Description
An exceptional and imposing fully restored Daimler Empress. The prettiest of of the Daimler cars which has been subjected to a full documented restoration.
6 cylinder, twin SO carbs.
The car has been in long term storage since it passed it's last M. O. T in January 2020. It was driven into storage facility after driving from Newcastle to Derbyshire where it has remained since. It was never bought with the intention of driving, it was bought for display use only which seems crazy, someone needs to be using this car as it's far too good to be hidden away,
Given that the Daimler has had 3 years in storage, It will therefore need to be gone through before using the car again.
Every part of the car was stripped and rebuilt, the steel in the boot floors etc is all galvanised to ensure no future rust issues.
The only other Empress I can see listed for sale is on carandclassic priced at a rather hefty (and wildly optimistic 70k!).
Part of a private collection of cars being sold off.
A very cheap car especially given the value of the original plate which comes with the car.
The car is in storage in Derbyshire DE55
