1977 C20 V8 manual. 4 on the floor, 350 V8 engine (rebuilt).
LPG with twin tanks and Impco gas carb - runs great, plenty of power.
Imported 3 years ago from California, it is a Custom Deluxe and was believed to have carried a demountable camper most of its life, hence the bed, tailgate etc are excellent. Tax and MOT exempt. Full repaint 2 years ago. Body etc was rock solid. New mirrors, windscreen, weather stripping, door seals, upholstery. Has radio. Drives lovely and tight. C20 is heavier duty than a C10. Sounds great with twin stainless boxes. Hedman long tube headers. Wood effect is vinyl down the sides if being back in the 70's isn't your thing. Super slot wheels. Lights converted to UK spec and has a 'pull out' rear bumper which I have never seen before... must have been so you can still tow when the camper was on the back.
Based near Plymouth. Can do whatsapp call and help with transport if required. A very nice straight square body - not rot or dints, virtually perfect bed and tailgate. I imported this myself and my hobby is doing them up. Nice to see one that doesn't have 'patina', as it was when it left the factory. Cheap to insure and going up in value, these are very useable trucks. Disc brakes up front, power steering etc are easily capable of being used daily and the LPG makes the fuel costs reasonable too.
