The Gullwing has a rich history, including ownership by German racing driver Kurt Ahrens. The FIVA Card issued in December 2000 indicates ownership by the Italian company IMMOBILIARE G3 S. R. L.. This 300SL also has documented participation in the Mille Miglia between 2000 and 2010. The car has been in present ownership since 2019 and has not been used much. Frame off restoration in the late nineties and has not been used much since.
