I have owned this car for over 20 years .
I bought the car from the original owner and it has a total of only 3 owners on v5 including me.
I have the original bill of sale purchase invoice from,
F. H. PEACOCK LTD, London SW177BL, who was the supplying Ford main dealer.

HPI Certificate
I have all the mots from new to prove the mileage is true and correct.
I have the original Ford folder, packed with radio handbooks, operating manual, warranty cards, etc.
Service record book stamped up to 72km all ford dealer, under my ownership its been looked after by a few tech friends who own , rally or race these and know these cars.
Interior is in nice condition and seats and bolsters are nice and firm with no damage, carpet in good condition, even has standard radio/ cassette, amp and working electric aerial, mechanically is all good, and very recently it has had new tyres.
Car is pretty standard apart from alloy header tank (have standard one stored ) and stainless exhaust system ..
          BAD POINTS
Headlining sagging, original parcel shelf sagging. (have a mint xr4i folding shelf also ) ..
Dashboard cracked (have a mint sapphire one to go with car )
Bodywork is tidy but it has some issues, it has some micro blistering on bonnet, and roof, (from being fitted with a car cover) tailgate has some rusting, around the front screen has some rust along the windscreen rubber. It has had wings fitted before I bought it and a few places around the under bonnet area would benefit from a touch up, there is a few minor scratches, scuffs, tiny dents as you would expect of this age of car that does get used and driven.
Car is 37 years old now (soon be historic tax !!) and has had a few bits of welding when required done to a good standard.

This is a rare chance to grab a low owner car, with all the history and paperwork to prove,
No stories about lost paperwork or been stored so maybe why it has no old mots certificates etc etc .
