Land Rover Series 3 88" Station Wagon Restoration Project
We have decided to sell some of our projects, due to a change in direction and we will not have the time to do them all.
We purchased this project 2 and a half years ago from the previous owner who had the vehicle for 20 years. The vehicle has been dry stored. He had purchased vehicle from Hallam Brothers in Hayfield.
It is a late 1982 model and so is now tax and mot exempt.
The previous owner fitted parabolic springs, LWB wheels and a Iwema LPG conversion there are two small tank in the rear. An SU carb and a Turner Stage 1 head with hardened valve seats so the vehicle will run on unleaded fuel with no need for additive.
The vehicle is a runner and does drive however would need to be gone through before taking on the road, the chassis will also need some repairs. We are selling the vehicle as a project in need of further work.
