We are delighted to offer for sale this beautiful AC Superblower, built at the historical Brooklands race track in Weybridge, Surrey. As rare as these come, we understand only 28 units were built, this being 10th chassis number ACSB7003.
First registered 1st March 1998, finished in the striking Arctic Silver with a burgundy centre stripe, interior is also complimented with burgundy leather and carpets to match, a wonderful colour combination.
Excellent specification including the following – 16″ Halibrand silver wheels with polished bronze spinners, respectful AC registration, removable hardtop, weather equipment – tonneau cover & tool kit, chrome stone guards, leather factory sun visors, handling kit, chrome drivers roll bar, bonnet scoop with polished rivets, bullet mirrors.
Like all Cobra examples fabricated with a stainless exhaust system but this one has reduced silencers giving what we would describe as ” sports exhaust”, a true V8 burble exhaust note on idle with a vibrant over run when lifting off, a sound you will never tire of giving you ultimate enjoyment.
Power is delivered from the very reliable Ford 302 5. 0 ltr V8 injection engine with 6 pd supercharger delivering direct performance, 5 speed (T5) manual gearbox from Borg-Warner, adjustable independent suspension including adjustable ride height, anti roll bars both front and rear.
Having only completed a modest 8, 073 miles in the last 26 years with 3 caring former owners.
