Description
First registered on 9th October 1963. This is a part exchange vehicle. The previous owner spent a considerable amount of money on structural repairs to this car as the pictures show. The corrosion was all cut away and new sections welded in. He has also had new carpets fitted, the seats have been refurbished and trimmed with exception of the rear bolster. Door panels have also been retrimmed
Replacement rear radius arm units and subframe mountings were fitted approx 4 years ago. We have been out on road test today and the Morris drives superbly. It would make a great classic for every day use. The current mileage is displaying 61000 but we cannot warrant this.
The bodywork as can be seen is presented well but it is not perfect. Nothing serious just some areas of bubbling etc, however due to the amount of work that has been done the structure is good. The engine bay would benefit from some time spent detailing it
Any inspection is welcome. We would have no hesitation in drivingyments this car anywhere. It’s starts first time from hot or cold and shows no mechanical faults. It should be noted that the Morris was subject to an insurance claim some years ago for a damaged wing and this is noted on the v5.
The Morris comes with numerous bills for the work carried out and a photo album of various stages of the work.
We can accept debit card payments or bank transfers and delivery can be arranged nowhere in the uk after cleared funds
