Even in our world it's not often that we find a 20 year old Range Rover, with 1 owner and a paltry 41. 250 miles since new
Then to find that the car is in outstanding condition and looks the mileage and not her age
Finished in dark blue metallic with champagne leather interior with dark blue accents and piping
Fitted with factory extras such as rear seat heaters, dog guard (never used by the look of things), door protectors and rubber over mats (including the boot area as well)
The original book pack is still held in the Land Rover wallet, the original invoice ( £ 59. 500 ) warranty cards, original key fob & tax disc holder from the supplying dealer, the spare key, MoT's and various invoices as well the original service booklet
It's even got the original Land Rover brochure - the chap was obviously obsessed with this beauty, and rightly so
We purchased her from the son who had given her a clean prior to my collection from Lancaster ( what a nice touch by the way ) in readiness for my 4 hour drive back to London
She purred along, giving over 23 mpg overall (including the hour in standstill traffic in Central London) with the engine almost unheard, apart from a deep V8 thrum whilst overtaking a stream of traffic on the motorway now and again
Very comfy seats, ice cold air conditioning and a superb sound system ensuring my level of tiredness was almost unnoticed upon arrival in town
We are about to carry out a full service, MoT and a Lanogaurd protection for the underside, to keep things in tip-top shape
ULEZ friendly is also a bonus. not withstanding this we love the early L322 versions, whether ULEZ compliant or not, for they are unfettered by cheese cutter grills, dark tinted windows & generally not too brash
Perfect for use in the countryside whilst shooting, fishing or golfing trips, no-one will notice your arrival - as they say on Instagram, "if you know, you know!"
