1979 MGB GT 1. 8 litre petrol classic car, registration number AEU 573V, with V5c, from a deceased's estate, he purchased the vehicle in 2005 and MOT history shows sparing use, odometer currently records 8771 miles which is less than 1000 miles since the figure recorded at the 2006 MOT test, on arrival with us and connecting the battery it fired up readily and drove around the carpark but some recommissioning would appear necessary. The history folder mainly comprises MOT history but many receipts from its earlier life are included including a Ziebart rustproofing certificate dated 1980, older receipts suggest the oddometer read around 80, 000 in the early 1990s, the current reading may either be as a result of a rebuilt speedometer or going around the clock
