Model: Honda CB S3 Year: 1978 Displacement: 125cm³ Mileage: Only 20, 000 km It is with great sadness that I am parting with my 1978 Honda CB S3. Unfortunately, I no longer have the time to enjoy it, let alone maintain it.
Despite its age, the engine is in very good condition and I haven't had any problems for a long time. It has only 20, 000 km on the clock and a recent compression test confirmed its "youth". (11. 5) It has been well looked after. Regular servicing and a few parts changed recently (Stator / Capacitor / Neiman / Chain / Brake and clutch cables / Filters / Gel battery / Central indicator). I have kept all the maintenance invoices.
There's still one problem with the electrics. Recently, the battery stopped charging.
I haven't had the time to do it, but it's obviously possible to register it as a Collection.
I would recommend it to an enthusiast or a young rider who wants to learn mechanics, as this type of bike requires time and passion.
