Here we have a very reasonably priced MG that would be some ideal summer fun. The previous owner has spent well in excess of the asking price over the last few years including new radiator, rebuilt carburettors, halogen headlight conversion and much more.
It runs very well and has been in regular use. Obviously for this money it is not perfect and there are bits that would benefit from improvement. The offside sill will need replacing if you wished to mot it (mot exempt), the fuel gauge is stuck on half full. There is some play in the propshaft universal joints. Both seats have had new foam and covers, but as pictures show this needs fitting correctly. The mg was also subject to an insurance claim in 2007 that is documented in the file. Apparently it sustained a damaged rear wing but the insurance company decided it was uneconomical to repair
So basically we have a very tidy looking mg that can be used and improved. It runs well and can be driven away if you wish or we can arrange delivery anywhere in the uk after cleared funds
