BMW R100RS dated 30/ 06/ 1978 in concours condition. Completely original, identical manufacturer's plate number, frame number, engine number and registration number. Like everyone else, I could say that it only has 1293km on the clock or invent a mileage figure....... No, it actually has 121418KM, slightly evolving. It has a pump to inflate the tyres, a working anti-theft cable with the key in the central beam of the frame, a new first aid kit in its housing at the end of the seat, a working indicator beeper, BMW suitcases with inner bags and all the keys.
It had 12, 0125 km before the complete overhaul of the speedo block, replacement of the adaptable and drilled silencers with original BMW silencers, replacement of the voltage regulator and diode bridge, central indicator, mirrors and windscreen. A new paint job in the original blue-grey metallic (530 silber) was carried out with hand-made blue fillets.
A complete overhaul was carried out at the same time, with engine, gearbox and axle oil changed, brake fluid, spark plugs and carburettor adjustment. Since then it has clocked up 1, 293 km, with a slight increase in mileage. It starts perfectly, drives perfectly and can go on long journeys. I'm putting it up for sale because, at my age, it's become too heavy for me and deserves to be driven regularly. I'm selling it with a tank mat and two Bagster panniers and a protective cover.
