We are pleased to offer this beautiful Triumph Spitfire 1500. It was first registered on 17th June 1977 and the v5 is showing just 4 former keepers. The last owner whom we purchased it from had owned it for over 30 years. In this time he carried out a body off restoration of which has been photographed. The car is still superbly presented today
The mileage is displaying 35300 and although we cannot warrant this, in our opinion is probably correct as it spent many years off the road. The mot history starts only a few years ago and the car has barely been used since restoration.
As pictures show there is obviously no rust issues or ever likely to be if it is looked after. We have carried out some minor recommissioning, including full service, new battery, brake hoses, fuel hoses and much more.
It runs and drives superbly with overdrive gearbox functioning as it should. We have just put it through a new mot which it passed with no advisories, so is tested until April 2026.
The hood is in lovely condition and comes with matching cover. Paintwork again is excellent and engine bay is clean, tidy and nicely detailed
