This MG Midget has just arrived with us direct from the owner for the past 39 years. It is being sold as a project but it is structurally excellent from what we can see. Floor pans look all original, unwelded and still have the factory applied under seal. Sills also look sound. Both doors have extensive rust and will need replacing. The paintwork is worn through and will need a respray, but apart from the doors and what can be seen in pictures the body is sound
Hood is tatty and again will need replacing. The engine starts easily and sounds very well. We have not driven it due to a very hard brake pedal. It does stop but the brakes will need overhaul
As can be seen in pictures it has an extensive history file dating back to new. Will make a great project for someone or just recommission it and use as it is
