The 330 GT 2+2 was presented in January 1964 as the successor to the 250 GTE or GT 2+2.

It was given a 5cm longer wheelbase, making it significantly more spacious, especially in the rear.

The first series with twin headlights was built until mid-1965.

The second series with the more attractive single headlamps was produced until 1967.

Our car was delivered to its first owner in 1967 via Crepaldi Automobili in Milano.

The colour scheme then, as now, was Blu Scuro with beige leather.

After just one year, the car was sold on to New York, specifically to a descendant of the famous textile entrepreneur and inventor of ‘jeans’ Levi Strauss.

The New Yorker kept a small Ferrari collection, including another 330 GT 2+2, a 250 MM Spider and a 375 MM Spider, with which he also raced.

In the years up to 1998, there were other previous owners in Texas and California.

From 1998 to 2008, it belonged to a British gentleman who overhauled the car, meticulously maintained it from then on and recorded every kilometre driven in a logbook. This logbook even documents long trips to Switzerland and Italy.

Around 10 years ago, the Ferrari underwent a major restoration. It was repainted in its original colour ‘Blu Scuro’. The interior was renewed in the correct leather colour.

Our 330 GT 2+2 also has air conditioning, electric windows, heated rear window and Campagnolo magnesium rims.

A FIVA passport is available, as is an original sales brochure from 1966!
