We are very pleased to offer very low mileage 1997 Rover Mini Cooper. Finished in the highly sought after and rare metallic Volcano Orange with a contrasting white roof and bonnet stripes. This awesome Cooper has covered just 35 thousand miles in 28 years and is accompanied with a large service history folder and the original handbook, service books and both sets of keys and fobs. It also features the all important full length electric sunroof that instantly transforms the driving experience. This Cooper has a long list of extras and also has subtle retro styling that really make it stand out from the crowd. As you can see from the images this is a very sexy Mini with deep dish Superlite wheels with wider profile Yokohama tyres, group 2 wheel arches, Aston filler cap and a period Wavy grille.
On the road this Cooper feels excellent and is very responsive. The 1275 fuel injected engine revs freely and the gearbox, fitted with KAD quick shifty, is taught and precise. Performance is brisk and it easily keeps up with modern traffic and thanks to wider profile Yokohama tyres the handling is sublime. This is further improved with fully adjustable suspension and Gaz shocks. It also has a Maniflow exhaust for that correct Mini Cooper burble. Being a Multi point injection Mini or MPI all you need to do to get out on the open road is turn the key and go. Further features include, side impact beams, rear seat belts and an alarm and immobiliser. Another feature is taller gearing making long distance cruising a breeze.
This Cooper has a fantastic interior and benefits from having Cooper embossed black leather seats, a full length Carbon fibre 6 clock dash with Magnolia dials, Sony CD/ USB and a beautiful matte black three spoke steering wheel. This model also has rear seat belts.
The Mini has a very solid shell with original floor pans, the correct vented sills and solid subframes. The paintwork is gleaming and belies its 28 year vintage and proudly sit on any display stand, but the real fun is to be had out on the open road with the sunroof open making you smile.
The Mini is fully serviced, tuned, checked and driven thoroughly and it will be supplied with a full MOT.
