Description
Alpine A110 Berlinette FASA 1100 - 1970 Passionate red, original spirit There are cars that drive, and others that tell a story. This one, born in 1970 in the FASA workshops in Spain, is an Alpine A110 1100 cm3, the true Iberian sister of the French Berlinette, of which only 1900 examples were made. Its heart still beats to the rhythm of the 688 R8 GORDINI engine, a stroke that has remained faithful for more than fifty years. This Alpine, clad in its red original livery, has never been restored. It presents itself in its own juice, untouched and candid. It was acquired in 2020 by its current owner, an enthusiastic enthusiast, second-hand, who had an appraisal drawn up in the same year. Its mileage of 26, 893 km (not guaranteed) does not tell the whole story, but its vibes speak of a preserved past, it took part in the Florio Cup in 2022. The new upholstery was carefully re-trimmed by the Compagnons du Devoir, the guardians of Alpine know-how. Its mechanics are lively, starts easily, purrs at idle and departs with grace. The fibreglass bodywork shows its age with some cracks, but neither its elegance nor its nobility are compromised. Matching Numbers, collector’s registration, entered in the official Alpine Register, this Berlinette has not lost any of its soul. It is only waiting for a loving glance to go back on the road Vehicle features Engine: 1100 cm³ Type 688 R8 GORDINI Mileage: 26, 893 km (not guaranteed) Colour: Red Original Upholstery: New, 2021 by the Compagnons du Devoir, Alpine specialists, refurbished Registration certificate Matching Numbers Registered in the official Alpine Register Never restored vehicle, complete and in original condition 2nd hand: From current owner, purchased 2020, appraisal in the same year Cosmetic condition may require a repair to the bodywork due to cracks in the fibreglass.
