Description
HISTORY The late 1960s saw the birth of the first Ferrari in a long line of illustrious entry-level models, the mid-engined Dino. Evolving into the V-8-powered 308 by 1975, the 328 and 348 continued the small Ferrari's reputation for eye-catching design and spirited performance. Unfortunately, the 348 did not please the Ferraristi. It was the time when Honda was launching the NSX, and the international press compared the two cars and found the Honda far superior to the 348. Luca Di Montezemolo, the then president of Ferrari S. P. A., asked for a better, more usable car with the right performance, but with reliability in everyday use. Thus the 355 was born. Today, the 355 Berlinetta is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful collector's Ferraris of all time.
OUR CAR Our car was delivered new to its first German owner in 1994 and is considered one of the first 50 F355s on the production line.
