Known the bike many years.
Cool conversion, all mods, brackets etc really well thought out and executed. minimalistic wiring with bespoke diagram.
Age related patina, mainly tank and seat, which I love !!
Engine rebuilt @ 4000 miles back
Work I've done, since it had spent few years displayed in shop :
New tyres, drive chain, carbs and fuel lines, 7 plate clutch conversion
Full service , all oils plus tappets and tune.
New coil and Boyer power box, started to run rough, had tested by Boyer. Bike is unusual to lots of bobber conversions, its pretty low and a good length.
Starts first kick usually, hot or cold.
Strangely handles well, brakes etc spot on, cornering good.
Only annoying thing, hard to get neutral stationary, yes I know that's pretty common!!
Although the clutch conversion has totally eliminated clutch slip or drag so neutral issue not too stressful.
Totally usable reliable survivor.
Reason for sale, mainly medical, have joint issues now, and am moving soon, have another bike and too many cars etc!
Stands me in £7000, Yup, I overspent as usual.
