Type: Hofherr Schrantz A140L.
Concerning a very rare L (LONG) version produced under the Hofherr Schrantz name. So also on the nameplate!
Extremely rare example that belongs to one of the scarce models with a production run of fewer than 10 units.
A few years ago completely restored and rebuilt.
The 3-cylinder 40 hp engine starts immediately and runs very well.
Equipped with many new parts and refurbished. Fitted with new pistons, bushings and refurbished cylinder heads. Also the Bosch fuel pumps have been rebuilt, new injectors, new glow plugs.
Wiring, lighting and battery new.
4x new tyres.
Fully sandblasted and repainted in the original colour.
Complete with fast-gear transmission, 3x PTO, hydraulic and pulley for a mowing attachment.
After restoration kept only for decor in a collection.
In short a collector's item!
