A truly superb matching numbers 1949 Triumph 2000 Roadster finished in Lumina Green metallic with the most stunning and sumptuous Cream leather interior.
This outstanding car has come from an incredible 55 year ownership and has been fastidiously pampered for years and must surely be one of the most genuinely loved and finest available.
These unique cars with bench front seat and the two extra dickey seats with fold up rear windscreen’s were made quite famous by John Nettles in the British drama series Bergerac based on the island of Jersey.
This outstanding car is exceptional in all departments, the paint finish would be acceptable on a 2 year old Mercedes, the interior is faultless, the structure speaks for itself ( please see the underside pictures) and mechanically it is on the button due to an engine rebuild sone years ago but covered just a few thousand miles.
The history file and paperwork is substantial and will keep you occupied for hours !
We find this stunning car very hard to fault.
A rare car with only 2000 being made between 1948 and 1949
To restore a barn find and restore to this standard would cost you approximately £60000.
