Passionate about iconic British automobiles, Greg Beacham was captivated by Jaguar’s famous ethos: "Grace, Space, and Pace." His vision: to retain the unmistakable style of the E-Type, while integrating the power, comfort, and safety of a modern luxury sports car.
First launched in 1961, the original E-Type made an immediate impact on the automotive world – its aerodynamic silhouette inspired by the Le Mans-winning D-Type racer. Even Enzo Ferrari called it “the most beautiful car ever made.”
This Beacham creation builds upon that legacy, offering: 0-60 mph in approximately six seconds, superb handling and steering, modern Jaguar powertrain and electronics and exceptional craftsmanship throughout. From the outside, it retains the classic form, with only subtle visual cues like contemporary Jaguar mirrors and handles, an under-bumper air scoop, and competition-grade wire wheels – all factory Jaguar options. Under the bonnet, however, it’s a different story. This E-Type is powered by a Jaguar XKR V8, fitted into a custom-designed subframe. It boasts ABS, traction control, advanced suspension geometry, and state-of-the-art electronics – all expertly integrated to modern standards.
The interior is where the transformation truly shines. Swathed in premium leather, the seats are sourced from current Jaguar models and feature full electric adjustment. The cabin includes all the modern conveniences and safety features you’d expect from a high-end contemporary GT.
