The original lady owner kept the car until 2016 when she gave up driving where upon it was purchased by the local garage owner who had looked after it from new when he worked at the supplying dealer and after when he set up his own garage. He purchased it with just 33, 998 miles on the clock and covered just 122 miles after purchase due to ill-health. The 3rd owner bought the car exactly 38 years after 1st registration with just 34, 120 miles on the clock and kept it until our collector owner bought the car in 2021 with 34, 700 miles.
The history file for the car is considerable and includes an array of past MOTs, invoices for annual services showing just a handful of miles were covered between each service and test along with a range of period Fiesta and range brochures. Following our collectors purchase in spring 2021 the car was gone through comprehensively with an eye to preserving originality - the engine was removed, serviced, the engine bay cleaned and re-painted (along with the engine) to also include the rest of the car.
As a result, the car is as good as it looks underneath, inside and on top - starting on the button the little Fiesta is a joy to drive, and behold with super comfort, visibility and epic Cool-factor.
