We present to you this beautiful Alfa Romeo Spider 2000 "Coda Tronca" in red, expressing the purest spirit of the Italian Dolce Vita.
This example is in excellent condition as it has benefited from a complete restoration (bodywork and engine); we have a USB stick containing all the photo albums and videos of the various stages of the vehicle’s restoration.
Since its restoration, the vehicle has covered only 23, 000 km. We have recently carried out a few maintenance tasks with a Classic Alfa Romeo specialist to optimise its use and operation. Thus, the four spark plugs have been replaced and ignition and carburation adjustments have been performed.
It now runs like clockwork and proves to be a real delight to drive.
We are selling with the vehicle a set of original parts that belonged to the vehicle’s first life.
Note that the vehicle comes with its original hard top and that the soft top currently fitted to the car is new. Also, the exhaust is a complete stainless steel system to confirm the pleasure of its use.
As for the interior, the car features its original leather seats (rare leather seat option for the era), which gives it an original patina and true soul. The seats, although original, have been reupholstered to erase signs of wear over time. For the rest, the door panels, dashboard and carpets are new. Finally, we had the leather gaiter for the gear lever redone by a local upholsterer.
