Not only did we sell quite a few of these when new, we've now sold quite a lot of them in more recent times
The pinnacle of the SZ series of Bentley, the 'R' Mulliner is specified to the hilt, unique 18" alloy wheels, wing vents, bespoke lower front spoiler with stainless steel mesch inserts, single exhaust tail pipe, drilled pedals, chrome bezels to instruments, dark stained walnut veneers, magazine nets to rear of front seats, embossed flying 'B' motifs to seat headrests, split top roll, steering wheel, chrome gear knob top, red starter button and an inlaid 'R' Mulliner badge to the radio flap
On top of this serious factory build spec she has rear quarter badges and also the earlier mesh grill, as apposed to the standard mesch grill of the normal R Mulliner's
This chap, number 029 of the 100 produced, finished in the delicious Black Sapphire with twin tone pebble and sand interior hides - a delightful combination
Previous owner is a Harley Street practitioner, specialising in neck, back & limb issues
He purchased her from our good friends of Douglas & Paul Green of the Hadley Green Garage for his wedding - nice touch
He also rides historic motorcycles at racing events like the Goodwood Revivial, so as you would suggest he is meticulous in his preparation, both in his work, his racing bikes and his motorcars
We have looked after the Bentley, and his other cars now for the past fews years and when he wanted to change we sold it to a another chum of ours, and whilst he lives in Guernsey, many of his car collection are kept her in the South of England - the Bentley being of them
Again we have looked after this Bentley for him as well, and I can vouch for how well she drives - everything works and she is in immaculate condition
Full history folder, service invoices, MoT's, both large and small tools and two sets of keys complete the package
