For Sale '63 Austin Mini
‘A true British icon: beautifully restored, wonderfully original, and ready to be enjoyed.’
This charming ‘63 MK1 Austin Mini Super Deluxe is a wonderful example of the most iconic car to come out of the UK. Finished in its lovely period shade of Almond Green with a complimentary white top. The green interior is an excellent match to the exterior and is exceptionally well preserved, showing no signs of wear.
This particular Mini was built at the Morris factory in Cowley in August 1963 and originally supplied by Mann Egerton Limited of Wimbledon, and is supported by a British Motor Industry Heritage Trust factory certificate, confirming its origins. It has some well kept history going as far back as 1980 and has had regular servicing and work to ensure it is the best it can possibly be and has been truly cared for throughout its life. It benefits from a comprehensive restoration carried out between 2009 and 2010 by the highly regarded GTO Engineering, to an exceptionally high standard. This Mini still presents beautifully, even after some 15 years on.
Retaining its correct 848cc engine and four-speed gearbox, the Mini shows 82, 798 miles (unverified) and presents with an impressively clean engine bay.
This Mini retains its authentic character, remaining wonderfully original just as it would have been when it first left the factory—making it perfectly suited for shows, events, or simply enjoying on the open road. Is this the Mini you have been searching for?
