Description
In 1926, the Bullnose radiator was replaced by a flat version known as the Flatnose. These cars were built by Morris until 1931. The chassis was new and the suspension was updated with semi elliptic leaf springs all round plus Smiths friction type scissor shock absorbers.
This Morris Cowley was first registered on the 16th August 1929 in Manchester before spending a number of years in the West Midlands.
This car has had a huge amount of money spent on it and is presented needing final work and tinker time. The engine turns over and looking down the spark plug holes has clearly had engine work including, new valves.
The body is very solid and the paintwork has been carried out to a good standard. The interior has been retrimmed which also includes the headlining and roof.
We have a history file including the current V5, there are some spares to help the final work, it’s a very nice project with very little money needing to be spent.
