Description
If you are reading this advert, the motorcycle is STILL for sale.
Fresh into stock, this UK Supplied and UK Registered Honda CB750 K1 in Candy Gold. Runs and rides like it looks, superb. Some old MOTs in the file, oldest is back to 2004 when the mileage was 1087 miles, and then it climbs up through the years. Last MOT is 2014 at 2, 898 miles and we guess it was laid up then later restored. So mileage of 3131 could be original. A ground up restoration a few years ago including a complete engine rebuild using lots of NOS parts where available. A brand new set of Genuine Honda HM300 pipes are fitted. We are told the original UK motorcycle was in fairly rough condition and the frame was rusty by the centre stand (normal for a UK version) so a New Old Stock frame was used and a New Old Stock set of cases were also used. The owner kept the old units, but an unscrupulous scrap merchant took them away. The down side, the engine or frame don't carry a number. Not a big deal, it's not a legal requirement, as the V5C has both numbers on. The good news, if this bike had the numbers, it would be £12, 000. So a huge saving. If you are desperate for numbers and want a K1 (which is probably the best CB750 out of them all) we have a Candy Ruby Red one coming from the US in a few months, but that will be £12, 000. So grab a bargain, but you need to be quick, this won't be here for two long.
