Fresh into stock a 1968 Suzuki Super 6 T20 Hustler. Original engine and frame combination. The bike had been standing for a couple of years. We put fuel in it, hooked up a jump battery and it ran nice, until the excessive fuel in the sump of number 2 cylinder, went up the transfer ports and hydraulically locked the piston and bent the con-rod! So will pulled the top end off to confirm. So this is what is required to fix it, a full gasket set, repair or replace the crank and a rebore and pistons. Pistons were ok to run, but you wouldn't put it back together with them. We've put it all back together, no parts are missing. The exhaust port thread on number two cylinder wants cleaning up when the barrel is off, we didn't notice until we put the barrels back on. Lovely little project, but we just don't have the time to fix it. Be quick, this won't be here long.
