Description
Rare, Manual, and Impeccable
Imagine having this in your garage: the Alpina B10 3. 2 with a 5-speed manual gearbox. Why is that such a big deal? Because you’d be one of the lucky few to own a true unicorn. Only 72 units of the B10 3. 2 Touring manual were ever produced. Let that sink in.
The Heart of a Legend
This first-generation E39 Alpina is legendary for its reliability and that iconic straight-six soundtrack. While it was succeeded in 1998 by the 3. 3-litre version, the 3. 152 cc engine in this 3. 2 is widely praised for its silky-smooth character.
Fun fact: Alpina used the engine block from the US-spec E36 M3 (the S50B32US) as their foundation, then meticulously re-engineered and perfected it to their own exacting standards.
This specific car left the factory in Buchloe, Bavaria, in September 1998 and was registered in the Netherlands by May 1999. For all intents and purposes, this is an original Dutch-delivered gem.
Condition: Defying the Odometer
Exterior: Absolutely stunning. The bodywork is incredibly straight and crisp—honestly, you wouldn’t believe the mileage looking at this car.
Interior: The cabin has been preserved beautifully, remaining tight, clean, and elegant.
The Drive: Effortless Performance
There is something magical about a straight-six paired with a manual box, especially when there are 260 hp at your disposal. Is it a track monster? No. It’s the quintessential 'Gentleman’s Express.' It drives with a sense of 'effortlessness.' This is a car that begs you to drive to the South of France in one go and step out feeling refreshed. Yet, the moment you hit a challenging B-road, its sporty DNA wakes up.
The Alpina Secret:
This is where Alpina sets itself apart from BMW’s M-Division. While a 1998 M5 can feel stiff or even harsh on poor surfaces, the B10 irons everything out. The suspension is firm enough to corner flat and precise, yet it absorbs bumps and potholes with the grace of a 7 Series. It is the perfect harmony between driver feedback and pure comfort.

This Alpina B10 has been maintained to the highest standards.
Service History: Fully documented with a stamped service book and a folder full of invoices.
Recent Work: It has just undergone a major service.
It’s ready for the next chapter. All you have to do is get in, turn the key, and enjoy the ride.
