Description
Replacing the MGA in 1962, production of the MGB continued until 1980. Sales for the MGB, MGC and MGB GT V8 totalled over 500, 000 cars.
This MG B was first registered on the 18th June 1979 in Sheffield, and in more recent times has found its way to Surrey.
The engine starts and runs well, it has good oil pressure and sounds great.
The car has stood for a number of years, it does drive however will require some recommissioning before any maiden voyages.
The underside is very solid, and a brief inspection indicates that there is no welding required. The paint work presents well, there are a couple of areas that you may like to attend to however on the whole it’s quite good.
The interior is much like the exterior, on the whole it’s good and after a clean would come up quite nicely.
This MG is very much a running and rolling project that will require some recommissioning work, which has already started in some areas. The car is TAX and MOT exempt and we do have the current V5,
