Regrettably selling my S1 Lotus Elise as it’s not getting as much use as it should.
Standard but for S2 Bilstein suspension and a sports exhaust. FSH. 55k miles.
The car underwent a complete suspension refresh in recent years. Rust removed using electrolysis, new OEM bushes, ball joints, drop links, track rod ends and rear toelink joints. Wishbones POR15 treated and finished with gold hammered topcoat (2 coats of each).
Most recent service carried out at Craig Moncrieff Cars (Lotus specialist) in Edinburgh in late 2025 before being put away for the winter.
‘A’ service with cambelt completed in 2024; Fram oil & air filter with Shell 5-40W fully synthetic, Gates cambelt & tensioner. Conti alternator belt. New braided brake hoses with brake/ clutch fluid change. New airbox hose, dizzy cap & rotor arm. 'B' service carried out 1500 miles prior. Good brake disks & pads.
The Titanium Silver bodywork is in excellent condition with just the odd stone chip and, most importantly, no signs of osmosis. Rimstock wheels are perfect and free from kerbing.
Interior has some wear on the driver’s sill (like they all do) and benefits from having 111S black leather seats.
4 new Continental tyres, a new battery and I will put a fresh MOT on so that the car is ready for someone to just enjoy this summer.
