I am a collector of classic sports cars. This is number 3 of just 50 hand-built Lotus Elise Sport 135s. It is one of the few Sport 135s with the original factory-fitted hardtop in the original colour Quicksilver. This is recognisable by the black roof lining. The car has been driven and highly rated by none other than former Formula 1 driver and the original Stig from Top Gear, Julian Bailey. I have photos showing the Stig driving my Lotus Elise Sport 135.
Moreover, this classic is also featured in a unique road test in Top Gear Magazine, which is included with the sale. The original number plate that belonged to the car at the time (L4NOW) is also included with the purchase. This classic is now for sale at €46, 595 because I drive it too little. In the last 13 years I have driven only 3, 000 km.
The car has always been garaged, is in very good condition and has a total of only 56, 100 miles. I have kept all receipts, as well as all previous owners, including full documentation and the stamped service book. The car is fully original, in excellent condition and accident-free. The car has recently undergone a service and the cambelt has been renewed. In addition to the original hardtop, the original soft top and a handy rain cover are included, which are also visible in the photos.

Julian Bailey is a very successful professional racing driver who, alongside Mika Häkkinen, drove for Team Lotus, just like Ayrton Senna. He is the only one of all the Stig drivers to have competed in official Formula 1 races. Even more interesting is that Julian scored his first official Formula 1 points in 1991, when he successfully drove for Team Lotus in the Lotus 102B. Just as Ayrton Senna had his first Formula 1 win a few years earlier with the Lotus Formula 1 Team in the Lotus 97T.
